Limited Warranty on Mill Food Recycler (Commercial)
Any capitalized terms used but not defined in this limited warranty will have the meanings provided in our Terms of Service.
This limited warranty applies to Mill food recycler rentals or purchases via mill.com/lp/offices or a commercial agreement with Mill by commercial customers.
The warranty period for Mill food recyclers that are sold or rented by Mill Industries Inc. (“Mill”) or its authorized resellers and to commercial customers for use in a commercial context (such as an office or restaurant) (the “Commercial Product(s)”) is (a) five years from the date of purchase of the Commercial Product(s), or (b) the duration of the food recycler rental plan term (as applicable, the “Commercial Warranty Period”).
The Commercial Warranty Period supersedes the three-year warranty period provided for in the Limited Warranty on Mill Food Recycler (Consumer) (“Consumer Warranty”). Additionally, notwithstanding the terms of the Consumer Warranty, you are permitted to use the food recycler in your place of business (rather than your home) and for a commercial purpose. All other terms of the Consumer Warranty remain the same and will apply to this limited warranty. This limited warranty controls in the event of conflict with the Consumer Warranty.
