Mill Upgrade Referral Offer Terms
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE MILL TERMS OF SERVICE (“STANDARD TERMS”) AND PRIVACY POLICY APPLY TO YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THIS PROMOTION. THESE UPGRADE REFERRAL OFFER TERMS (“REFERRAL UPGRADE TERMS”) SUPPLEMENT THE STANDARD TERMS AND PRIVACY POLICY AND APPLY TO YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE THIS PROMOTION. WE MAY USE ANY INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE US IN CONNECTION WITH THIS PROMOTION IN ACCORDANCE WITH OUR PRIVACY POLICY.
To redeem, the number of eligible referred customers specified in the offer must purchase a Mill using your referral code by the date specified in the email you received. You will not be eligible for a free bin, or any other reward, discount or compensation, for referring some number of customers that is less than the specified number (meaning, if your offer requires you refer two friends but you only refer one).
For a referral to count, the referred individual must be (i) eligible to purchase a Mill under our Standard Terms and the terms herein, and (ii) someone you personally know.
Subject to these terms and our Standard Terms, if you redeem this offer in accordance with these terms, we will do the following:
Send you an email confirming you are eligible for the upgrade and will be receiving a new Mill
Ship your new Mill when supply is available
Cancel your existing rental term when you send back your current Mill (no prorated refund).
Offer you a free year of pickups starting when you receive your new Mill
Send you a prepaid and labeled box and schedule a pickup to return your current Mill
Your existing limited warranty will end and your new bin will be subject to our limited warranty for one year from when it’s delivered
Charcoal Filter Refills Are Not Included. You will continue to be able to order free charcoal filter replacements (subject to our Terms of Service) through the end of your current rental subscription term, but you will not be eligible for free charcoal filter replacements after that date. You can purchase replacement filters separately by emailing us at support@mill.com.
Sharing Referral Links. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including, but not limited to, spam marketing laws, and may not use (i) mass emailing, (ii) deal aggregator or other commercial websites, or (iii) texting or calling to unknown individuals, emails, or telephone numbers to distribute any referral link(s). We reserve the right to deactivate any Mill bin obtained through these channels, require you return your bin(s), and to charge you if you do not return the bin.
Termination and Changes. We may, in our sole discretion, modify, suspend or terminate this promotional offer or your ability to participate in it at any time and for any reason without prior notice. Any modification to the promotional offer will be effective when posted to our website or app, and failure to contact our support team within 48 hours of the posting of such notice shall constitute consent to such modification. The scope, variety, and type of services and products offered by Mill may change at any time.
