Gameday is all about enjoying delicious food with your favorite people — and that can lead to a whole lot of mess. That’s why we’ve teamed up with @thedefineddish to bring you a winning recipe that’s big on flavor — and easy to clean up with Mill.

The Chipotle-Honey Baked Wings are a crispy, smoky delight. A little sweet, a little spicy, and incredibly tasty. This recipe will take your party to the endzone.

And while your guests are enjoying the wings, Mill will handle the cleanup. Just throw in your food scraps — yes, even the bones — and Mill will turn them into dry, odorless grounds overnight. You can use the grounds in your garden, drop them in a compost bin, or add Mill pickups and we’ll get them to a small farm. No overflowing trash, no fruit flies — just a cleaner, waste-free kitchen.

Now let’s get into the recipe:

Chipotle-Honey Baked Wings

For the wings:

  • 3 lbs split chicken wings

  • 2 tsp kosher salt

  • 1 tsp pepper

  • 2 tsp paprika

  • 2 tsp smoked paprika

  • 2 tsp dried oregano

  • 1 tbsp baking powder

  • Avocado oil spray

For the Chipotle-Honey sauce:

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 2 chipotles in adobo, minced

  • ¼ cup unsweetened ketchup

  • 2 tbsp coconut aminos

  • ¼ cup low-sodium chicken broth

  • 1 tbsp distilled white vinegar

  • ⅓ cup honey

  • ½ tsp kosher salt

For serving:

  • Carrots, celery, cucumbers

  • SideDish Classic Ranch

Instructions:

1⃣ Prep the wings: Pat dry and toss with salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, and baking powder.

2⃣ Bake: Arrange on a wire rack over a lined baking sheet. Spray with avocado oil. Bake at 425°F for 20 min, flip, bake another 20 min, flip again, and bake 5-10 min more until crispy.

3⃣ Make the sauce: Sauté butter, garlic, and chipotles. Stir in ketchup, coconut aminos, broth, vinegar, honey, and salt. Simmer until thickened.

4⃣ Toss & Serve: Coat crispy wings in sauce, garnish with cilantro (if using), and serve immediately with SideDish Ranch!

Enjoy!
